At 19, when I started the Label Rose project, I found myself struggling with a system that did not encourage the work of young people. If I had to think about what was the biggest difficulty I had to face, I would say that it was to convince the stakeholders that I had the skills and the determination to be able to carry out my entrepreneurial project.

Our Customer Care team follows customers throughout the whole purchase process: we recommend the most suitable bags to match one's style and personality, we clarify any doubts about the purchase and shipping procedures and we solve any problems that concern us regarding the product and the service offered. Assistance is available on every channel: by phone, email, Instagram and Whatsapp.

Direct contact with the community

On our Instagram and Facebook channels, various types of content are uploaded daily: photos and product descriptions, combinations of bags with outfits, promotions and business initiatives, customer feedback and clarifications of any kind, as well as discussions on issues dear to the community. Contact with our followers is not only digital but also extends through initiatives such as the meet & greet.

Flexible to customer needs

We want to be informed about customers' shopping experiences in order to improve the service offered and to refine the product design (technical changes, use of materials, dimensions, etc.). The needs of our customers are valued in order to provide a personalized and complete experience.
